Marina Haven Kakumäe provides a wide range of services for professional yachtsmen and skippers, as well as for holiday sailors and beginners. The key principle of our company is high level of service: “give us the boat keys, and we will do the rest”.

Friendly port staff will assist in any questions related to vessel maintenance, mooring, refueling, boat lifting, customs clearance and many others. Marina has the most modern infrastructure. It has everything you need for convenient and safe docking and a comfortable stay.

There is 24/7 fuel station, a bilge pumping station, lifting equipment, a high-pressure washer, and a wide slipway. Free WiFi is available in the port.

In the new building of Maritime Center you can find modern dressing rooms, saunas, toilets, a conference room and a high-end restaurant Puri. In the office of the marina there is a shop, bike rental, laundry, as well as a summer cafe.

Boat services

Security

24h CCTV surveillance. 28 cameras are operating in the marina. Winter storage hangar is secured with the alarm system.

Slipway

25 m wide slipway is at your service. You can launch in/out your boat with a trailer from 08.00 - 22.00. Parking is supervised by EUROPARK. Access with a mobile phone call.

Entrance and first 30 min = 5 EUR
Each additional hour = 1 EUR
24h = 10 EUR

Monthly price for trailers parking:
Car or trailer (up to 5 m) = 140 EUR
Car or trailer (more than 5 m) = 160 EUR

Electricity

24h access to electricity 230V/16 A - 380V/125 A. Be sure to have a necessary power adapter or contact the marina crew for assistance.

Fresh water

24h access to fresh water supply.

Fuel station

Petrol 95 or Diesel is available 24/7 from 2 pump stations by Alexela. Payments with a banking card or cash. The fuel station is located near the marina entrance. For fueling more than 5T please contact the marina staff +372 6777 444

Bilge and grey water discharge

A special pump station for grey and oily bilge-water discharge is available in the port (near fuel station).

Boat (<10m) = 25 EUR
Boat (<20m) = 35 EUR
Boat (<25m) = 45 EUR
Boat (<30m) = 50 EUR

Bottom wash

Hull cleaning and boat bottom wash service with high pressure washing stations is available upon special request. Additionally you can order antifouling treatment.

Power Hoist

Safe dock with its highly trained team of professionals provides boat lifting and launching service using the 130 tons power hoist by Ascom. Price is calculated per ton. Please contact the marina staff for information +372 6777 444

Fork lift

Lifting service for boats up to 10 m long and 7T weight is available with a special forklift by Ascom. The boat will be easily and safely lifted/or launched. Price: 125 EUR per lift. Please contact the marina staff for information +372 6777 444

Wi-Fi

Club car

Take a club car to transport your luggage directly to your yacht. Operates on D, E and F berths. Available upon request. Please ask a marina worker to drive the golf car.
You can also use a trolley on all the berths.

Sauna

Enjoy sauna at our marina after a long sailing day in the Haven Kakumäe Marina Center.

Family sauna (up to 8 people). Price = 40 EUR/hour. 2 hour of minimal rent. Each additional hour = 40 EUR.
Large sauna (up to 12 people). Price = 10 EUR/person. Marina customers and guests can use sauna for free.

Booking the whole Large sauna = 250 EUR per hour. Service available from November 1st - April 30st.

Parking in Haven Kakumäe is paid from 13.07.2020.

Parking fee: 0 € - up to 30 minutes
€ 0.80 - for each half-hour started.
